Terms & Conditions for Ticket Sales – KX Comedy Club

 

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to the following terms.

Event details

 

KX Comedy Club will make reasonable efforts to ensure advertised acts perform, but line-ups are subject to change.
Changes to line-up are not grounds for a refund.

Age restrictions

 

Events are generally 18+. Valid ID may be required.

​

Entry

​​

• Latecomers may be refused entry or seated at an appropriate interval

• Management reserves the right to refuse admission for safety or behaviour reasons

 

Behaviour

 

Disruptive customers may be removed without refund.
Heckling is discouraged; abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

Ticket Delivery

 

Tickets are delivered electronically to the email entered at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure details are correct.

 

Changes & cancellations

 

If an event is cancelled, customers will receive a full refund.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets may be:

• transferred to the new date, or

• refunded upon request

We are not responsible for:

• travel costs

• lost personal property

• consequential loss
