Refund Policy – KX Comedy Club
We operate a clear and fair refund policy.
When refunds are available
You are entitled to a refund if:

The event is cancelled

The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend

You were refused admission due to venue error
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Non-refundable circumstances
No refunds are offered if:

You can no longer attend for personal reasons

You purchased the wrong date
-
You are asked to leave due to disruptive behaviour

Line-ups change or advertised performers withdraw
