​Refund Policy – KX Comedy Club

We operate a clear and fair refund policy.

When refunds are available

You are entitled to a refund if:

  • The event is cancelled

  • The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend

  • You were refused admission due to venue error

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Non-refundable circumstances

No refunds are offered if:

  • You can no longer attend for personal reasons

  • You purchased the wrong date

  • You are asked to leave due to disruptive behaviour

  • Line-ups change or advertised performers withdraw

Refund process

To request a refund, email info@kxcomedyclub.com including:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for request

Requests will be processed within 5–10 working days.
